Then, every time you get an urge to smoke, take the list out of your pocket and remind yourself why you need to get rid of the habit.

The first huge benefit of quitting is the improvement in your health. You’ll notice it will be a lot easier to breathe, your lungs will feel cleaner and your heart will work better. You’ll also sleep better and have a considerable increase of energy.

So, you are on a plateau. Congratulations for making it to this level. You started out and made big strides. Pretty exciting going from peak to peak huh? What is music? All sounds are comprised of sound waves. What distinguishes music from other sound waves is the manner in which the sound waves vibrate and decrease from loud to soft. Dropping a metal pan on the floor presents jarring, erratic vibrations. Striking a note on a piano chord presents a softer more uniform and smooth transition from loud to soft. Obviously, a musical note is going to be much more pleasant to the ear.
